Our stay was remarkable with top-notch service from the attentive staff. We particularly enjoyed the Horizon Lounge, where the breakfast and happy hour were delightful. The spacious room offered a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. One thing to note is that the kids' pool area could benefit from more sunlight exposure.

The Horizon Club Deluxe Double Room had a comfy bed and a great view of the pool and gardens. The executive lounge offered yummy snacks and drinks all day long. The spa was fantastic, with an outdoor pool, sauna, and massage services to unwind. Great fitness center too!

The Horizon Club Lounge lacks a dress code enforcement!!! More attention should be paid to maintaining the cleanliness of the kids club and the playground is in dire need of expansion!!!

The family pool was a hit, and I loved the sunset views from my balcony. The Chi Spa was heavenly! The location near local markets made our day trips super easy.

We had a fantastic time celebrating a birthday and anniversary here, with the hotel staff going above and beyond to make it special, like surprising us with a beautifully decorated room. The pool area was a great escape, and we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing massages at the spa. The only minor drawback was the bed being a bit too firm for our taste, but that didn't overshadow our amazing experience! 🎉

We had an awesome trip with friends, enjoying yoga sessions and lounging by the biggest pool in the city. The location was perfect for exploring the Night Bazaar. Breakfast was a real treat with tons of options and friendly service. Definitely recommend this place for a fun getaway with friends!

Ideal for couples seeking relaxation

I had a smart Horizon double room with club lounge access and I tell ya, the view of the mountains was just very nice , like picture perfect. The staff in the lounge were really good , especially Pat and Nancy who went above and beyond with their cheerful service and crafted some killer cocktails.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but for what you get, it's acceptable.

The Premier Double Room was a bit of a letdown. Check-in was super late, and the staff weren’t really helpful. I struggled to adjust the water temperature in the shower. it was way too hot. Then, the phone in the room didn’t work when I needed to call for help. Overall, it didn’t feel like the luxury I expected.

I had an amazing time here! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond, especially Diana. The breakfast was out of this world, and I loved the cozy poolside snack bar vibe. However, the spa and fitness areas were closed during my visit, which was a bummer but didn’t ruin my stay!
